Policies and Procedures for A Plan of Action for the Aspiring Actor Seminar
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES All payments being made are due before or at the beginning of the seminar. Please have your payment ready when you arrive to class to expedite the payment transaction quickly. Please make checks and/ or money orders payable to Ninth Hour.
In the event you are unable to take the seminar you have signed up for before the seminar starts, your payment that has been made will be put on hold for up to the “next two seminars” or next 60 days. Meaning, if you do not make up the seminar within the next months sessions (check the times and days as they switch in the next month) You will have 1 more month (the next consecutive month) to make up the seminar you have missed.
If you miss the "next two seminars" any and all payments will be forfeited and you must pay for the seminar to be made up. All payments are non-refundable, i.e., made at the seminar. If you live outside of Los Angeles and your cancellation is made within a 48 hour time period, your payment will be put on hold for 30 days before a refund is issued. All cancellations outside of the allotted 48 hour time period, your payment is non-refundable.
